Hi there people, once again it’s that time of the year when we sit back and reflect on the state of the Australian economy, the transport industry and all involved.

What’s that dearest, I’m supposed to be writing an article for Chris at Australian Custom Trucks magazine and not the Financial Times? Sorry, reset and let’s start again!

Well, hi there guys and gals here we go again. It seems I got a bit mixed up on what I was about to write so best I talk about the things that I do know about.

Thanks to the recent generosity of Briliant Polish I was gifted a bottle of its new polish, Truckers Salvation.

I must confess, I’m a big fan of their brand, and even that may be an understatement.

I went to work on the truck with some apprehension. Testing a product that I am fond of you never know what the results are going to be, was it going to be a dud, or would it excel and be better than the old stuff, which let me tell you was pretty good.

This stuff is similar to the old product, easy on and to use it, less is more…So what is different I hear you ask?

Well it seems Mark Farrell and his team have gone into cooperating with the great team at Klos Custom Trucks, who are, by the way some of the best custom guys in Australia, to develop a product that is unique to Australia.

Ok, so after all this, what do I think of this?

Trucker’s Salvation gives a great long-term shine over extended periods.

It seems that Trucker’s Salvation has been developed with a bit more grit to help with those light scratches as well as containing more polish which doesn’t impact on the stainless or aluminium on your rig.

The two photos that are put up here were taken over a six week period with nothing done but to wash the truck.

I know that my wife says that I’m a fanatic about my truck (again I’m sure that’s what she said about me as she was walking away, it started with an “F” and I know she loves me because she keeps making me all these great meals to keep me at work so I don’t have to come home too often.)

Think of this guys and gals, when you are looking for cleaning products, these guys are Australian owned and made. We all talk about what it means to support local companies, so I say try this stuff and you won’t be disappointed. I heard that a prominent truckie in the West had a statement that sums up my experience with the product. The guy from WA said, “this stuff is the shit”!
