About Australian Custom Trucks
Australian Custom Trucks celebrates the trucks, trailers, equipment and people that make Australian road transport distinctive.
Established in 2013, ACT began as a print magazine built around strong photography, detailed truck features and the stories behind the people who build, own, drive and maintain the equipment.
Today ACT is being rebuilt as a digital industry platform. The focus remains on remarkable working trucks and custom builds, while expanding into trailers, equipment, fleet technology, workshops, suppliers, shows and industry discovery.
Built to work. Made to stand out.
Good-looking equipment earns attention, but ACT is interested in more than chrome. We want to know why a vehicle was specified, who built it, how it performs, what problems were solved and who made the project happen.
The ACT archive
More than 20 historic editions and thousands of original photographs are being prepared for digital release. Archive features are identified as such and retain their original context, credits and publication-era details.
Commercial and editorial work
ACT offers supplier listings, enhanced profiles, sponsored campaigns, advertising and selected commercial features. Sponsored and commercial material will be identified clearly. Australian Custom Trucks is commercially focused; independent transport news and analysis remains the role of Which Way To Go.
