Supplier Directory Terms
These terms cover supplier directory listings and subscriptions provided by Boss Creative Pty Ltd through Australian Custom Trucks (ACT).

Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is currently charged. Check the package and billing interval before confirming your order.
Free listings retain factual business information, categories, service areas and available website, phone and email details. Enhanced adds the approved logo and gallery of up to five images, expanded capabilities, products, brands and social links, plus basic analytics when available. Featured includes Enhanced benefits and priority placement through rotation. Featured placement is shared; it does not promise a permanent first position.
Renewals and founding rates
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Founding rates remain while your subscription stays active. Cancellation ends renewal. If your subscription lapses and you return, the rate offered at that time applies.
Cancelling and managing billing
Use Manage billing in your Supplier Account to update payment details, access invoices or cancel renewal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the settled paid period, and paid benefits continue until that period ends. Contact chris@australiancustomtrucks.com.au if you cannot access your account or need help.
A failed renewal does not extend the settled paid period. When paid entitlement ends, the listing returns to Free benefits. Cancellation does not automatically remove the underlying business listing or its public contact details. Contact us about corrections or removal requests.
Claims and approval
You must have authority to represent the business. ACT reviews claims, ownership and submitted material before approval; payment does not approve a claim or publish submitted content. A business can use Gmail or another personal email address and does not need a website to request a listing. Where necessary, we will confirm authority through independently checked business contact details or a conversation.
Keep submitted information accurate and tell us when it changes. Optional blank update fields do not request deletion of existing approved media. Contact us if you want approved content removed.
Images and submitted material
Submit only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from relevant people. You authorise ACT to display approved material for your listing and create the image sizes needed for that display. You retain ownership of your material.
Upload one logo and up to five gallery images. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, with a maximum of 5 MiB per file. Confirm media-rights consent when uploading. Material remains subject to review and the listing package’s current benefits.
Reports and commercial services
Directory analytics report recorded views and contact clicks. They are approximate interactions, rather than unique visitors, confirmed enquiries or sales. Browser choices, blocking and technical conditions affect counts. ACT does not guarantee a number of leads, sales, search positions or visits.
Directory packages cover the listing benefits described above. Advertising, advertorial, press-release and other commercial services are arranged separately.
Billing problems and refunds
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors, service problems or refund requests. We will assess the circumstances and any rights or remedies that apply under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
